Business Development Executive 

Role Overview

Equity Consulting LLC is seeking a business development executive (BDE) professional focused on expanding a company's market presence and revenue. The successful candidate will have a proven record identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies to acquire clients, and overseeing the sales cycle from prospects to deal closure. The BDE will collaborate with Marketing, HR, Finance, and Legal Teams to ensure successful business expansion and alignment with organizational goals. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through market analysis, referrals, and online platforms. 
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients to ensure retention and satisfaction. 
  • Sales and Negotiation: Conduct presentations, pitch products or services, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet revenue targets. 
  • Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities. 
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to implement marketing campaigns, track sales      performance, and optimize business strategies 
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to monitor      progress and inform strategic decisions 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Effective communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills 
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable business strategies. 

A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA or other postgraduate qualifications preferred.

  • Experience in sales, business development, and client management required.
